Wonderful and newly renovated 2BR villa in the heart if Seminyak, Bali. Enjoy this vibrant and beautiful area at this peaceful and centrally-located villa. Only a short walk to the main street with international restaurants, cafés, spas, boutiques & night clubs and to the beach (10 min.), yet very quietly (!) situated. So feel free to relax and enjoy Seminyak’s vibrant & beautiful vibes at this peaceful, bright & lovely Villa Olli. Fast Internet (WiFi) & new A/C in every room & a new 75” smart TV (Netflix). This precious, new villa in the heart of Seminyak, Bali, has 2 en-suite bedrooms a and stylish semi-outdoor space that’s naturally flushed with light, including living room with comfortable sofas and 75-inch smart TV (4K / UHD / Netiflix), wooden dining area with table and chairs as well as a fully equipped kitchen — All in proximity to the long pool (cleaned regularly) and garden area with sun beds to relax in the sun. The villa indoor and outdoor spaces are very quiet as the villa is tucked away in an alley in a quiet area in central Seminyak, yet in walking distance of the main attractions, bars, cafés, restaurants and shops that Seminyak has to offer. No traffic is passing the villa directly. Spacious master bedroom with lots of natural light and Queen-Size Bed and comfortable mattress, wardrobe and safe. Upstairs located is the second spacious bedroom with balcony and chairs overlooking the pool and garden area, Queen-Size Bed, wardrobe and large en-suite bathroom with shower, WC and window providing natural light. The villa is serviced by our friendly staff daily and we respond to guest requests quickly and with great pleasure. Fresh linen and towels will be provided and exchanged for fresh sets regularly and on guests’ demand. Extra services can be arranged on request.

Villa Olli in Seminyak is the ideal place for anyone loving the cosmopolitan atmosphere and beach vibe of Seminyak. Seminyak is a famous beach resort area at the southern end of Bali, north of Kuta, and south of Changgu with many luxury hotels, beautiful villas and spas, as well as high-end shopping and restaurants. Stylish bars and clubs with pretty sunset scenes, long beaches and often good surfing conditions. The neighborhood around Villa Olli is extremely quiet as the villa is located next to a little dead-ended street so there is no traffic passing by the villa which makes it luxuriously quiet and peaceful. Yet, our guests will find themselves in walking distance to many shops, restaurants, bars, cafés and nightclubs which all give Seminyak its vibrant flair and provide for a high-end Bali experience.
