Honestly the stay here has elevated our trip and already created some special moments. The stories, warmth and recommendations of Chris. The friendliness of the staff. They have a beautiful garden and a nice swimming pool. The room is spacious with a nice balcony to sit on. Highly recommend to stay here for a few nights

The location is very quiet, on the west side of Lombok. Chris and his family organize different tours and also a cooking lesson that is a must! We learned a lot of different Indonesian recipes and had a great lunch after the lesson. Chris helped us renting a scooter (we didn't have to worry about anything, the scooter was there in the morning ready for us to pick it up - and btw, it's a great way to explore that area). Chris also gave us very useful tips to travel by ourselfes. We did the "Cultural and Beach Tour" and it was the best thing we did to explore local places and Kuta's area and our guide was really kind and explained a lot of things. I'm looking forward to coming back to do the Snorkeling Tour and the Mount Rijani tour.

Chris and Dewi were amazing hosts who were so helpful and genuinely really care about the well-being of their guests. Being so close to the garden where they grow the food was so lovely and yummy breakfasts reflected that - fab omelettes & the best banana pancakes I had in Indonesia! The pool area was stunning, the whole place was quiet and peaceful. We joined in the cooking lesson where we cooked delicious food and met great food. Our room was cleaned once during our stay and our sheets and both our bath towels and beach towels were changed and refreshed with new ones which was a treat! The bedroom and bathroom were both really spacious with lots of storage space. WiFi was good too. All the other staff were so lovely and smiley.

We booked two rooms for a 3 night stay in Lombok. I couldn’t rate this homestay higher. From before we arrived Dewi was so helpful with information and communication. She made everything so easy and got us good prices for boats, motorbikes and laundry and gave us great restaurant recommendations (as we’re traveling with kids). Chris was so funny and knowledgeable about the local island and places to visit. We had a beautiful breakfast cooked for us each morning by him. Our children loved playing with their delightful daughter and snowy the dog in the surrounding gardens and pool. We also did the cooking course and made some of the best food we’ve ever eaten in Indonesia, which I would also highly recommended. Overall, we felt like nothing was too much for either of them, which made our stay so comfortable and relaxing. Thank you Dewi and Chris, we will be back to climb the volcano!

La hospitalidad de Chris. Hizo que nuestra experiencia en Lombok fuese más fácil y entretenida. Las instalaciones están impecables, limpias y cómodas. El desayuno fresco y rico. Chris nos ofreció un tour único por las Gilis menos transitadas donde pudimos ver tortugas y caballitos de mar además de cientos de especies de coral. Nos ayudó con los tickets del ferry sin cobrarnos comision y nos recomendó spots de la isla para ver el sunset, hacer surf y comer bien. Dos chicos del grupo enfermaron del estómago y Chris estuvo atento, cuidandolos. Tras varios días viajando es el único lugar donde pudimos sentirnos como en casa
