The stay was amazing, everyone was very welcoming and accommodating, the room was perfectly clean and the food tasted very good. It is a perfect location as it is right next to the waterfalls track. At the time of my visit some of the rooms were being renovated, so some of the other reviews might not be relevant anymore

The location is convenient, right next to the entry point for Tiu Kelep/Sendang Gile Waterfalls. During our stay here, everything was satisfactory, though the food didn't meet our expectations. We had dinner and breakfast here but only the omelette and the juices we ordered were good. Nevertheless, considering the price, it's definitely worth it.

We stayed in Senaru for 2 weeks and out of all our 4 accommodations - this place was the best! The food was amazing at the restaurant and the staff were so friendly. Rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice hot shower (bathroom is inside/outside), air con, and front porch was lovely to sit and have a read. Very aesthetically pleasing and well kept grounds.

I liked pretty well everything. The room was comfortable & clean. I loved sitting on the verandah, and showering in the half-open air. Most of the meals were delicious. And on a scale of 1 to 10, Eddy the manager was an 11: finding me a guide, advising me on what to see, taking me on his motor scooter anywhere I needed to go. The warung is well located near the top of Senaru, close to the waterfalls and the start of the Rinjani walk. It's simple, but great value for money.

Die Lage am Fuß des Mount Rinjani ist klasse. Hatten in der früh nen schönen Blick auf den Berg. Als Ausgangspunkt zum Mount-Trakking oder zu den Wasserfällen sehr super. Sonst sind auch paar Geschäfte in der Nähe und im Hoteleigenen Restaurant kann man gut und billig essen. Die Angestellten sind äußerst bemüht und kümmern sich um alles sofort. Das Bungalow war groß und das Bad schön.

En la habibtación hay aire acondicionado que funciona genial. La cama es cómoda y si llevas una mosquitera la puedes colocar sin dificultad. Lo mejor es la ubicación por cercanía al inicio del trekking Rinjani desde este pueblo. La atención del personal es impecable, se levantaron a las 05:00h de la madrugada para cocinarnos el desayuno para llevar el día de la excursión. Nos alojamos días alternos porque hacíamos noche en la cima y nos guardaron el equipaje.

El aire acondicionado de la habitación funcionaba perfectamente, además de un colchón muy cómodo. En cuanto a las instalaciones el baño tenia agua caliente y el inodoro era tipo europeo, lo cual agradecimos. Teníamos programado un trekking a Rinjani que comenzaba a las 5:30h y el personal del hotel se levantó a las 05:00h para prepararnos el desayuno para llevar, fue un gran detalle.
