This four bedroom house, sleeps eight. The house is in a secure, small, gated development close to all amenities.The sitting room has a flat screen TV, a multi fuel stove for cosy evenings in the colder weather, a selection of books and DVDs. There is a fully fitted, modern, fully equipped kitchen with an electric hob and oven, electric kettle, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The utility room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and toaster. A first aid box, LED lantern, hairdryer, hair straighteners, an iron and clothes pegs can also be found in the utility room. The hall cupboard contains, coat hooks, an ironing board, floor brush, a vacuum cleaner, dustpan and brush and high chair. The downstairs bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and is ensuite to the downstairs bedroom. Upstairs there is a bathroom and three bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite. Outside there is a decking area with a table and chairs, a charcoal BBQ, a washing line and bins for general and recycling waste. There is free parking on site.

Set within a gated community the house is a three minute walk from the beach. A four minute walk to Portsalon Golf Club and Links, ranked 5th in County Donegal and 21st in Ireland. A five minute walk to Portsalon Pier, The Stores Bar and The Pier restaurant. A four minute walk to the local shop with off licence. The house is on the Fanad Peninsula close to the famous Fanad Lighthouse. The location is central for visiting Glenveagh National park Errigal and Dunlewy. The Blaney bridge takes you from the Fanad Peninsula to Carrigart and the Rossguil Peninsula which you can enjoy by driving the Atlantic drive. From the house you can follow the knockalla coastal drive with spectacular views, to Rathmullan. From here you can take the ferry to Buncranna and explore the Inishowen Peninsula, head to Malin head Ireland's most northerly point and the location for some of the filming for Star Wars. The rest of Donegal can be easily accessed or you can just relax and unwind for the duration of your stay.
