The apt is located on the left of the main cover photo and is attached to our house with its own entrance private parking where you can relax and experience a bucolic atmosphere in woodland setting and enjoy very beautiful gardens and let yourself totally unwind and watch the boats go by. This apt is ideal for families with two kids /attending a wedding in Kilronan castle which is only 7 mins drive or a base to explore dublin/belfast/galway as we are only an hour and half from them .
We are always on hand to offer any advice for your stay and will help with any arrangements as it is my business to put together breaks/activities in Leitrim and my wife is the general manager of local hotel .
Beirnes of Battlebridge bar and restaurant is located near us which is a great place for trad music and food while overlooking the river Shannon . There is 20km of pathed walkway along the canal for waking or cycling or you can use our kayak if suits . Plenty of bike and ruining trails along the blueway which is located on your doorstep . We are a 5 min drive from Carrick on Shannon and easily accessible by car/taxi/bike.
