The area is beautiful, " foot of the Misty Mountains" type beauty, all the locals are friendly and there is a lot to do and explore.. Majela was a perfect host and and as natural hosts do , had eggs ,butter and milk in in the fridge, home made bread on the table and treats.

A lovely comfortable cottage, more spacious than I expected, spotlessly clean, everything provided. Majella and Pat were wonderful hosts, so friendly and accommodating. Bread, fruit and snacks provided for breakfast was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend. We hope to return.

Fantastic hosts, very generous and helpful. Peaceful location overlooking beautiful countryside. Masses of space, sitting room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Very well equipped. Very warm and comfortable. Local pub down the road offered excellent food and drinks. Well placed for visits to Bantry and Skibereen. Very, very, peaceful getaway.

Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Not far off the main road and a short drive into Bantry. The brown bread etc. was a a lovely extra touch.

This property is clean, spacious and has a very welcoming vibe. You feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment you step over the threshold. It has everything a traveler would need, with the reminder from your hosts that should there be anything else you need, you only have to ask. Our hosts (Majella and Pat) are a delightful couple. They are welcoming and friendly people who happily invited us to spend sometime with their family. A welcome interlude after a long journey to Cork.
