Comfortable apartment in nice quiet surroundings. Very welcoming owner, who had thoughtfully provided milk, bread, butter & some bisuits, which saved me having to go back out for food after a 200 mile drive from Dublin. Television has a much bigger choice of channels than is usually found (very useful on a wet evening). There were even a couple of trekking poles available. User manuals for the kitchen appliances were also provided, which saved a lot of trial and error with the microwave! As a bonus, the local deer sometimes come to feed on the grass in the evenings, which was magical!
