Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish Villa :) A true modern oasis in the heart of Israel, conveniently located in the middle of the country. 20 min from the beautiful beaches of Ashkelon, 20 min to Ashdod and 45 min form Be’er Sheva university. Located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by green fields, included a beautiful pool, brand new contemporary kitchen. Family friendly with a pingpong table, basketball hoop, trampoline and pool table. This Villa was completed in the middle of 2023.

Located in a newly developed residential neighborhood, surrounded by vast open green fields. Views are peaceful and the Villa is pretty quiet. The central location makes it easy to travel to any destination in southern, coast or northern Israel. Villa is a quick 3 min drive to the closest bus station station, 15 mins to the closest shopping center where you can enjoy a wide variety of restaurants, coffee shops and name brand shopping at a good price ! 20 mins to the coastline with several beautiful beaches and 45 mins drive to Ben Gurion Int Airport (TLV).
