מקום מקסים, מפנק מאוד, מאובזר מבחינת מטבח יש בו הכל מתנור, כיריים, מיקרו, מקרר ועד סכום סירים מחבתות וכו'. יש פינות חמד במתחם לילדים, ערסלים, מתקני משחק, פינה למנגל, למדורה, יש כסאות בכל מקום. אין צורך לסחוב שום דבר מהבית למעט מצעים ומזון. מקלחות ושירותים פרטיים. אפילו קרשים למדורה יש שם. המארחת דלית מקסימה, איכפתית, דואגת, מפנקת. ממש לא מובן מאליו. הילדים לא רצו לחזור הביתה או להמשיך לטייל. פשוט אהבו להישאר במתחם.
