The other set has one large specious completely furnished room with attached washroom with modern fittings, TV, Internet, heating arrangements, large wardrobe with hangers, bathroom sleepers, clean laundry and stand for drying clothes. The kitchen is fully equipped with freeze, RO, gas with stove and complete crockery and cutlery. The living area has sitting for seven with one three seater sofa convertible to comfortable sofa cum bed. Four guests can comfortably stay in this accommodation. Both sets are located on the same floor. In addition each set has dedicated parking on the site. The guest at the ABABIL’S NEST would be able to enjoy the peaceful and quite area, spectacular views, nature’s walk on the deodar and pine lined roads and tracks, trekking in nearby areas, snow during winters, visit to mall the Shimla, Kufri, Mashoobra, Naldhera and other nearby places. Col (Retd) Shashi Bhushan and Sunita Sehrawat are the owners of these beautiful apartments nestled in the lap of nature. The couple is from the army background and have done up the property very tastefully. The couple also owns a Hotel near Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport.
