This first building from the Sea is a brand new two-bedroom air-conditioned luxurious apartment with its own private outdoor swimming pool is a home away from home. Atypical apartment with 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, modern and spotless, aesthetically decorated wooden furnished living room comes with a LCD wide screen TV; Sky TV, a sofa for 5 and a dining table for 4 and a balcony with trolley and chairs to enjoy a cup of morning coffee. Power back up has just been added to the apartment. Aqua safe water is added to the apartment.
