Excellent location within walking distance to the beach. Quiet place with great views of nature. Very hospitable owners. Spacious, bright rooms. All necessary equipment: AC in each bedroom, refrigerator, gas stove, shower with hot water. Large beds with very comfortable mattresses and pillows.

Excellent green environment with very clean rooms with all amenities, great location, very cooperative host family, food and laundry available nearby, bike rentals available , very close to mandrem beach, no mosquitos found, bathrooms are very comfortable, very good for work from home as wifi is 5g, overall i would like to come here again and again

Very close to Arambol beach, calm environment. Rooms were exactly the same as shown in pics. Even better then the pics. We were family of 4, booked 2 rooms, one studio n one deluxe. To our surprise, upon arrival the rooms were upgraded to studio appartment adjacent to each other. Studio applications is bigger then deluxe room. Studio room was equipped with AC, washroom, kitchen, wardrobe, fridge, electric kettle, gas cylinder, 2 burner gas, double bed, and a cute marble dinning table with bar stools. There is a large balcony in front of the room where u can enjoy your morning tea. Host Armond is super helpful. The only issue could be a parking space incase you r traveling by suv. I am quite sure Armond will take care of it upon arrival. Lastly about the swimming pool, it's located at a distance, it vl take 5 min if traveling by car. Swimming pool was very neat n clean. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest, we vl definitely have more engagement in future. Cheers 🍻

Очень заботливый хозяин Армонд.Он помог договориться с трансфером и встречал нас по приезду.Заселились сразу,это очень удобно. Комната просторная и свежая, на небольшой кухне есть все необходимое. Для нас важно по утрам варить кофе или готовить самим еду.Холодильник морозит нормально. Кровать и подушки удобные.Кондиционер работает и есть ещё вентиляторы. И вокруг действительно спокойно и пейзаж с красивым видом.. Вода в душе есть всегда и горячая, и холодная. Интернет отличный, несколько раз пришлось поработать - связь не подвела. Рядом кафе, овощная лавка и до пляжа минут 5-7 пешком.Но мы арендовали через хозяина байк и катались по побережью. Отличный бонус - возможность купаться в прохладном бассейне, для нас в жарком конце марта это было замечательно! Мы на Гоа седьмой раз и знаем местные особенности.Здесь нас устроило все. Ещу раз приедем обязательно.
