Lots of wonderful people, from fellow travellers across the world, volunteers and staff themselves. The rooftop is one of the largest in the area, so you can see great vistas, whether that's the sunrise or the sunset, or the Ganges river, or the lights of various ghats. The owner is very friendly and awesome person, will make you feel like very welcomed and help you out with things if needed. Rooms has AC, WiFi is across all floors (5G present - fast!). Water tank available, to refill your bottles. All beds has sockets, light and a fan. Food at the rooftop restaurant is really nice, too, if you can handle it ;)
