Our apartment is located on the Third Floor (with Elevator access) in an independent building. The apartment has: * 4 Bedrooms with attached bathrooms * Lavish Living room and dining area * Fully equipped kitchen with most required utensils and appliances * Washing machine * UPS Power Backup Rental Exclusions / Extra: * Complementary electricity @ 60 units per day (calculated pro rata) is provided for short stays (less than 14 nights). Extra consumption is payable at Rs. 10 / unit as per meter reading * For bookings longer than 14 nights, electricity is chargeable as per consumption @ Rs. 10 per unit * Fresh clean linen is provided at check-in. Complementary linen change is provided 4th Day * Extra Linen Change is chargeable at Rs. 500 per room per time * Cook is available at an extra cost of Rs. 1000 per day (payable directly to the cook). Groceries are to be provided by the guest. This is a private home and not a hotel. Please do not expect hotel kind of services at the property.

Getting around: The nearest metro station (Moti Bagh) is 2 km away. Private Auto rikshaws / Uber(s) are available from the metro station to our property. Ubers recommended over auto rickshaws. Meals & Dining: Home delivery of food can easily be ordered by the guests staying at our apartment from various delivery restaurants in the vicinity, ranging from cuisines like Asian, Indian, Italian, Continental, Fast Food, Korean, Japanese, etc. Home delivery of food can also be ordered using Swiggy and Zomato apps, which can bring your favourite food to our place, within minutes.
