Unwind at our stunning home lovingly built with high beamed ceilings, European interior design, attached balcony and a well-equipped kitchenette. Its a new villa built in 2022, designed with modern-day open floor plan layout. 2BHK apartment is on the 1st floor of Kiki Villa. The floorplan of apartments (108sqm) incorporates 2 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a large sofa-cum bed in the hall. The huge hall has several areas: kitchen, working area; dining and spacious living areas. Generously proportioned interior flows effortlessly from the open-plan living space with huge “french windows” goes to the balcony. There are 2 AC in bedrooms. Roof is made of a special material that repels heat, so that hall is cool even in the hot weather. Inverter Power back up for 24 hours, signal booster mobile, FibreOptic Wi-Fi. Cleaning 1 time in 2 days, linen change 1 time in 4 days (included). You can order breakfast/lunch from house cook (extra charge). Washing in machine with a dryer is possible at extra cost. House is located in 3 minutes’ walking distance from main Arambol beach, but in a very quiet area, far from any roads. Apartment has a separate entrance from the garden.
The owners of Kiki Villa are an international couple with extensive experience in hospitality and tourism industry. Among their hobbies are motorsport, paragliding, journalism, table tennis and of course traveling. Hosts will be happy to help guests with local orientation and advice how to have an interesting time in Goa, rent a scooter or a car, order a taxi and organize an excursion.
Arambol is one of the most popular beaches in Goa among foreigners, but now becoming more and more famous among Indian visitors. All year round there are a huge number of restaurants with international and Indian cuisine, clubs, open-air parties, live music concerts, and most importantly, inter-communication with tourists from all over the world. There is a daily tradition to see off the sun on Arambol beach, when at sunset, around 5 pm, drummers and other musicians gather at a jam session. At that time, you can see Fire show, dance performance, mini-flee market. There are several attractions in Arambol – a fresh lake in jungle with Banyan Tree, where according to legends, the Beatles themselves was; one of the most beautiful forts of Goa – Teracol Fort, famous Paradise Beach with white sand and mostly no people around; abandoned and picturesque Reddy Fort overgrown with jungle and many more!
