The chalets offer the guests a luxurious and at the same time a very warm and comfortable stay in the Himalayas. Each duplex consists of 2 beautifully designed and furnished bedrooms with attached toilets replete with all modern fittings and amenities, a living cum dining hall and a fully operational kitchen complete with all gadgets, crockery and cutlery available.The interiors are reflective of the same theme with rough-hewed stone flooring in the main living – dining hall and a fire place with stone cladding while the bedrooms have wooden flooring. Large windows have been provided to let the scenery and landscape seep in. Each chalet has been designed to have its own unique character and comes fitted with distinct and fabulous antique furniture including four-poster beds; stunning paintings and artefacts as well as also has its own private terrace or balcony to sit and enjoy a cuppa while admiring the many sights and sounds of the magical place.

Levitate at Ramgarh is designed to provide Rest and Rejuvenation in the serene surrounding of Nature so is a great idea to just laze around and read a book at any of the perfect little private spots. For the more active and adventurous there is plenty to do in terms of taking one of the nature trails or even do an easy to medium level trek through the dense forest around. Do let the resort staff know about your preferences and they can provide you with a route map for the same. Bird Watching- Since Ramgarh is considered the Fruit bowl of the Kumaon region, it attracts a large number of it is considered a haven for Bird Watchers and there are many species of birds that can be seen in and around the resort including Spotted fork-tail, plum-headed parakeets, bulbuls, mynahs, pipits, jungle-fowls, Verditer flycatchers, Indian peafowl, blue whistling thrushes, Himalayan magpies etc. Star Gazing-Ramgarh may not be on the official list of ‘top 5 places in India for gazing at the Stars but on a clear night, the skies can be absolutely amazing. All you need is a DSLR camera or download the Google Skymap App on your phone and soon you will be able to identify the different stars.
