“La Cosa Nostra” is a stunning and exclusive three bedroom villa, idyllically overlooking the Seraulim fields. Cosa Nostra has three air-conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms, an open terrace connected to a Billiards room with a stunning view of the Seraulim fields, a living room with 52-inch satellite TV and a separate dining area which opens up into your private garden. Each room has been completed with a selection of colonial heirloom furniture. Whilst the interior of the house is delightful, you will find that it is in the beautiful garden where most of your time will be spent. You can wake up every morning to a glorious sunrise while sipping an early morning cup of tea in the garden's outdoor table. Guests will have access to all the rooms and facilities of the villa, except the garage and one locked cupboard in the ground floor bedroom.
Design-ninja | Cinephile | Traveller | Luso-Goan in London! Looking forward to hosting all you wonderful people out there. The villa has an attached outhouse where the friendly household help live. They will be available for any urgent requests or emergencies. While they aren't obliged to do anything aside from the above, they are a helpful family and can be persuaded to assist you with any requests if accompanied with a smile! In that vein, the household help is always ready to assist you, except between 3pm and 5pm when they take their siesta.
La Cosa Nostra is part of the beautiful and green area of Per-Seraulim, Colva, located in South Goa. Back in the colonial days, the Portuguese high-society used to own houses in Seraulim and surrounding Colva where they used to stay over the weekends for 'Mudança' or 'change of air'. It offers you the best of both worlds. The tranquil South Goa setting of the villa makes it an ideal haven for those in search of peace and quiet, while a quick 7 minute drive takes you to the famous Colva beach, home to a plethora of beach shacks serving fresh and absolutely delicious food. The main road leading up to the beach has a parade of of shops selling a range of wonderful clothes and artefacts that you immediately want to take home! This beach is wide and almost 25km long unbroken stretch of sand. You can enjoy swimming or splashing about in the warm waters, water sports like parasailing and jet skiing, or simply laying in the sand, and you get to experience amazing sunsets on the beach. There are so many restaurants within a 15 minute walking radius that you can easily try a different one every night of your holiday, with an excellent selection of cuisines.
