In case of disruption due to fluctuation, we have a genset Currently, the TV is not functioning Since the genset burns out beyond 6 hours of usage, it will be turned off after every 2 hours for 30 minutes in order for it to be used throughout the day Given the weather conditions in Konkan and high-pressure winds due to proximity to the ocean, you may want to expect issues that are out of human control such as water leakages, insects, dampness, etc. While we strive to offer you the best experience, some things tend to get out of our bounds. In case of any inconvenience, the caretaker will be happy to help you as much as possible. Outside meals are not allowed The uppermost deck is common for guests from all the cottages. These cottages are situated nearer to the road.
