HOUSE RULES & HOME TRUTHS Please note that there are a total of 5 bedrooms out of which guests have access to only 4 bedrooms. Please note that the car does not go all the way to the villa. Guests will have to park their vehicles at a 1 minute walking distance from the villa. This is not a pet-friendly property. In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights, fans, a few plug points and the TV socket for up to 8 hours. Mobile networks like Jio & Airtel work fairly well here. Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. The caretaker does not stay on the premises of the same property but is available on call whenever needed. Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. There is a CCTV camera that captures the external area. Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. Alcohol consumption is allowed. Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care. Guests below the age of 21 are not allowed to book the property.
