'Thikana' in Hindi means the place where you belong and our intent is to create a sense of belonging for you in the heart of the city as we provide a destination for comfort, simple luxuries and a memorable haven during your visit to us. Each room is elegantly decorated with colour and light to create both a sense of space and intimacy, the ultimate experience for comfort.There are four separate shared sitting areas with warm rugs, Indian artefacts, and tastefully chosen paintings from local artists.The paintings, scrolls, and glasswork found in the bedrooms and common areas are our way of extending the traditions, crafts and modern skills of India's rich heritage into your living space. If you have been out all day seeing the sights, the simple comforts of our guest accommodation offered from a freshly home cooked Indian meal to a barbecue on the roof top terrace will gently engulf you on your return to remind you that you are a special guest at our home.
