Our house is brand new, located in a very peaceful area. There are 3 bedrooms, bath attached. All the bedrooms are airconditioned. There are two halls, one upstairs and one downstairs. We have high speed internet connection, a 55" TV. The kitchen has a double door fridge, gas connection and induction cooker as well. Our place is very near to all the major IT hubs in Thiruvananthapuram. Rent a car service can be arranged if required. We also provide a contact who can be called.

I am a person who works 20 hours online, well, almost. I run an online coaching business, and also manage a store. My house is perfect for anyone who needs a break from noise and pollution, especially creative people.
Its a quiet residential area. Transport is limited, so we suggest you contact us to make arrangements for any tours or site seeing plans you might have, before you book the house for a vacation.
