We had a wonderful stay. This is the kind of place that makes a difference at your holidays.. The place is really, really nice. The apartment was beautiful, big, clean and with a great view. The service was great as well as the other spaces of the hotel,including the swimming pool. Initially we thought that the breakfast was a little expensive, but it really worth it. The quality was very high as well as the variety, specially considering the Italian standards. We really recommend it!

Right from when you walked into the property you felt as though it was special. Our room was spacious, the bathroom fantastic, breakfast was a great mix of hot and cold food. Would have loved to have stayed longer.

We couldn't fault the staff, nothing was too much trouble and the communication was excellent. Our suite was well laid out with the terrace over looking the views of the canals. The location was great and the Agave olive oil was a firm kitchen favourite. We would return.

The 24hrs pool, the sauna, all included in the price. The staff so friendly and helpful, our room was perfect, the breakfast was amazing such a wide choice, it was comfy and relaxed all round hit all the criterias, even a free bike hire that we had a go at and made going round the area easy and we were able to go further 😀

Beautiful tiled & heated swimmingpool, gym with high quality equipment, spacious apartment (2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms one with jacuzzi bath, with living room and balcony enabled us to relax. Balcony overlooked the inner courtyard with plenty of plants hanging from all balconies which was very pretty to look at. Kitchen well equipped there was even a bottle of organic olive oil and coffee machine as well. Very good WiFi and TV has Netflix. Two elevators. Very friendly and helpful receptionists and housekeepers. Everywhere was always super clean. Plants in the lobby & a guest lounge. Beautiful location in the Venice Quarter with canals & boats. Some embassies around the corner. Ab abundance of very good restaurants, shops & Cafes within walking distance. The property is very safe. Front gate is opened with guests key. Everything seems to be designed with the guest’s comfort in mind.

Everything! Staff, pool, hot tub, sauna, location is beautiful, pizza in the area was lovely, chocolates on the pillows, a choice of drinks in the fridge or wine to purchase, lovely rooms. Most perfect stay before our flight home to end our very busy weekend trip to Pisa and Florence. Very clean and tidy areas. We had the pool vertically to ourselves and was warm and had jets too so it was very relaxing after so much sightseeing.
