I was born in Florence and came in Chianti in 1996 when I married Giovanni. We have three children and with Giovanni we deal a farm. I follow the farmhouse and he follows the production of wine and oil. We both love the Enogastronomical culture of our country and local traditions we tell our guests suggestions to do nearby the best things. We are always available to them for all their needs. Our hospitality and our sympathy make their holiday something unique and special. Our theme is : “to come as guest and to leave as friends ! Giovanni was born in Siena and is living here forever (his family for many centuries) and his favorite hobbies are history and good food so he gives our guests all the information how to make a special holiday in Chianti and Tuscany! Simonetta recommends the best Tuscan dishes and we can enjoy a dinner together in friendship with some special surprises from our children. Giovanni organizes in our cellar wine tasting course on wine and oil giving very useful commercial information.

Three important good reasons and more to spend your holiday in Chianti at the Farmhouse Podere Tegline. 1) Because the farm Podere Tegline is a real organic farm that produces Chianti Classico DOCG wine and extra virgin olive oil. 2) Because the owners are natives from Chianti since several generations. 3) Because the owners live and work in the farm every day. You can discover the other reasons coming to visit us. Podere Tegline is a very ancient farmhouse, already present in the Florentine Map of the 1537 year. It is situated on a hill in the middle of the farm, in a panoramic and exclusive location within a natural protected oasis with a bio lake in the centre in which our family swim or enjoy with a little boat or a wind surf. We offer our guests the whole house restored in four indipendent apartments (for a maximum of 11 people) and also organic quality products like our wines Chianti Classico, our Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the acacia honey just produced in our property.

Tegline farm is halfway between Siena and Florence (32 Km), 35 Km from San Gimignano, 45 km from Volterra and Arezzo, 120 km from the sea of the Argentario an ideal starting point for your excursions into the Tuscany's ground. It is situated in the province of Siena - in the heart of the Chianti hills, in the town of Radda in Chianti, 400 meters from the main road 2-bis Lucarelli, on the right bank of the Pesa, 4 km from Radda in Chianti, 6 km from Panzano in Chianti, 13 km from Greve and Castellina in Chianti. There are nearby many castles, wineries, museums, restaurants and art treasures of the best Tuscan culture as well as shops and palces for relaxing , spa, archaeological sites, thermal water, country villages etc ... The most important castles are: the Castle Brolio, the Albola Castle, the Meleto Castle. My favorite place is Siena because is a beautiful city on a human scale, where life is good so stylish and refined sweets that make you want to go shopping. Soon after, however, it is Florence, my city full of art and culture in which every time I amaze discoring something new.
