Emporio Vacanze is a travel agency specialized in the online sale of tourist services. Thanks to the experience acquired over the years, we have developed skills and professionalism that guarantee a quality service to our customers. Since 2006, the year we began business, we have focused on specializing in the territory we know best: the Island of Elba... and then over time expanded our proposals to include Tuscany, Sardinia and Corsica. With the stay we are able to offer our customers multiple services including ferry booking and transfers to and from ports and airports.

Property information

Conveniently located in a building in the centre. The studios are furnished in a simple but functional way and have a balcony with sea view. They consist of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, large entrance hall with bunk bed and bathroom with shower cubicle. Air conditioning available only in the Superior Studio. The structure DOES NOT ACCEPT groups under the age of 18. IMPORTANT Any costs expected on site (such as final cleaning, service flat rate, damage deposit, ...) are already included in the total but WILL NOT BE CHARGED directly to your credit card at the time of booking. In fact, they will have to be paid DIRECTLY ON SITE upon arrival at the facility. The property does not provide bedroom and bathroom linen, it is possible to request rental at the time of confirmation by paying a supplement.

The apartments are located in the center of the town of Rio Marina where it is possible to find every kind of service. The town's pebble beach is about 100 meters away. About 3 km away you can reach the Topinetti beach and nearby Cala Seregola and Ortano.
