Completely renovated in April 2023 and furnished with classic and elegant taste, it stands out for its brightness and tranquility. 5th floor, elegant building, balcony with panoramic view of the square. Oramai ho superato la metà di secolo ed ho viaggiato per mezzo mondo ... Conosco Pavia palmo a palmo, quindi sfruttate la mia esperienza e ne ricaverete un soggiorno splendido nella nostra città!
Come per ogni stazione centrale anche piazza della Stazione di Pavia in è uno dei maggiori crocevia di traffico nelle ore della prima mattina e del primo pomeriggio. L'ppartamento si trova a poche decine di metri dalla stazione dei treni, degli autobus e dei taxi, quindi la posizione più strategica della città per potersi muovere con i mezzi pubblici. Il centro di Milano si raggiunge comodamente in circa venti minuti di treno. Sotto casa l'ufficio postale, la lavanderia, il parrucchiere, un piccolo supermercato molto fornito e poco oltre una banca, tre panetterie, bar per colazione ed aperitivi serali e la miglior gelateria della città.
