Miniappartamento in pieno centro a Lavagna, in posizione centralissima a 100 metri dal mare, dalla stazione ferroviaria, dal porto di Lavagna e dal terminal traghetti. La casa si trova all'interno di un'area pedonale ed è dotata di tutti i conforts per farvi godere una vacanza tranquilla, senza rumori. Un terrazzo coperto vi consentirà di pranzare all'esterno anche in caso di pioggia. La struttura è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici, microonde, aria condizionata. Da quì in pochi minuti potrete raggiungere la spiaggia, la stazione ferroviaria e molte attività commerciali per soddisfare le vostre esigenze.
Non vedo l'ora di potervi ospitare nella mia struttura dove potrete trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile al mare di Lavagna o raggiungendo le altre cittadine del Tigullio e delle Cinque Terre.
La casa si trova nel pieno centro di Lavagna, nel raggio di 100 metri troverete tante attività commerciali, bar, ristoranti, piscina coperta nel parco Tigullio, campi da tennmis, porto turistico con imbarco per tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno per una vacanza indimenticabile, bar, ristoranti, banche, stazione ferroviaria, terminal traghetti edicola e punto di informazione turistica. Posizione ottima per raggiungere le cittadine turistiche del Tigullio, Sestri Levante, Santa Margherita, Rapallo e Portofino e le Cinque Terre sia via mare che con la ferrovia.
