A fascinating structure, in the context of a historic nineteenth century building have been built apartments all located on the ground floor and share the inputs in a spacious and elegant hall and a pretty similar architectural style. The units are equipped with all the useful services to improve the quality of the stay of our guests! The renovation of the apartments is very recently with work completed in 2013, on the second floor (also called the "noble floor"), there are other apartments with a' different stylistic imprint, most important, we might call them suites, apartments that are not yet ready to be inserted in the circuit, but it will happen very soon! Me and my family live in the same building and we are always ready and available to all the needs of our guests. Possibility of parking on the street using tickets issued by the column of "stop" a few meters away from our front door, or in guarded parking lots in the area.

I am happily married to my wife Amalia and we have two wonderful children and we started this little business since about 2 months , I think this is an advantage because we have the greatest interest to try to do well and get your good feedback. For many years I've been an entrepreneur in the world of catering and banqueting and also nightlife ( disco , lounge bar and various events ) . As well I've been the responsible for many years of a famous event place in Catania alled The Four Venti..4-20 that performs all the above activities , I also managed bathing beaches that turned into evening in seaside restaurants and disco !! I think my maximum value for assets that I played and I carry is to be considerate , kind, helpful , punctual and whimsical ! Defects ... Do not!

The building is located in a central area of Catania next to the only large city park on Bellini Gardens , is 450 mt from Etnea street , 600 meters from stesicoro square where you will find the Roman Amphitheatre , 1100 mt from the dome and mt 1300 from Corso Italia (a main avenue for shopping) !! The area is well attended , very quiet and in close vicinity you will find supermarkets , shops , tobacco , restaurants , bars , pizzerias , pharmacies, churches etc..The airport is about 20 minutes by car, but there is also a shuttle that runs every 15 minutes and arrives at 500 meters from our place !!
