L'appartamento è una bomboniera sul mare nel centro di Rapallo. Il balcone gode della vista mare, che si trova a 20 metri, e anche della vista sul Castello mediovale, simbolo di Rapallo. La maggior parte dei migliori bar e ristoranti di Rapallo si trovano nel raggio di 250 metri dall'appartamento. Molti Isupermercati sono vicinissimi dall'appartamento. La spiaggia del Castello si trova a 100 metri dall'appartamento e anche la nuova spiaggia pubblica adiacente alla Passeggiata a mare e' a 250 metri. A 150 metri il molo d'imbarco dei battelli che vanno a Portofino, San Fruttuoso e alle Cinque terre. The apartment is a "bomboniera" on the sea in the center of Rapallo. The balcony enjoys a view of the sea, which is 20 meters away, and also of the medieval castle, the symbol of Rapallo. Most of Rapallo's best bars and restaurants are within 250 meters of the apartment. Supermarkets are very close to the apartment. The beach of the Castle is located 100 meters from the apartment and the new public beach adjacent to the Promenade is also 250 meters away. At 150 meters the dock for the boats that go to Portofino, San Fruttuoso and the Cinque Terre.
