Hotel Regina S.a.s. is a small family-run business that has been working in the field of tourism for many years. Our passion for furnishing and hospitality has led us to create small accommodation facilities, starting from Grado and arriving as far as Udine and Trieste. Hospitality is the key word of our work, as in Latin it says "Hospitalitem" translated "friendship for guests" which is our aim, and we try to keep it always in mind. To make our guests feel at ease and let them spend a pleasant holiday discovering the beauties of the territory in which we live between sea, hills, plains and mountains.

Property information

Flat Marchesini is an ideal flat for large families. It is located a few steps from the historical centre and the Via dei ristoranti and only 2 minutes walk from the Costa Azzurra beach. It is a comfortable and spacious duplex flat located on the second floor of a detached house (no lift). The main floor consists of an entrance hall, kitchen, living room, 2 balconies and a bathroom with shower. The upper floor consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed and finally a bathroom with bathtub. The flat has heating, air conditioning, flat screen TV with satellite channels, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, fridge and dishwasher. The flat does not have Wi-Fi and bicycle parking. It is possible to park your car on the blue lines (for a fee) in the vicinity of the apartment, free of charge on the white lines located on the Isola della Schiusa or for a fee at the Hotel Regina with Valet Parking service.
