The apartment is located in Lacona, in the southern part of the island. It is at about one kilometer away from a beautiful and large sandy beach. It’s a family friendly beach with its shallow water and fine sand where children can safely play. Thanks to the beautiful pine trees by the beach, it is one of the few places on Elba that allows you to enjoy natural shading areas where you can rest, play, and have picnics. This two-room apartment with a loft is ideal for 2/4 guests. It is part of a small residential area; it has a separate entrance from the ground floor; it is composed of a living room with a kitchenette with a four gas burner stove; oven; dishwasher; refrigerator with a small freezer; TV; small bedroom with two single beds; bathroom with shower; internal staircase leading to the bedroom (loft); large outdoor area equipped with table, chairs, gazebo and a cooking area with barbecue; outdoor shower; simple but comfortable furniture; uncovered parking area nearby.

To reach it with the car you need to drive along a stretch of dirt road. We advise our guests to reach the apartment with their own car.
