Verdemare apartment is in a wonderful location , just a few steps from the beach and the promenade and near the center of Diano Marina . Located in a residential and quiet area, it offers an outdoor area with garden overlooking the sea and the old village of Cervo . It is in a new building and is set among the green hills and the blue sea . Ideal for a weekend or a holiday throughout the year .
We both are hotelier and hospitality is now a " family tradition " . Welcome our guests in a comfortable ambiance and make their stay pleasant is our main goal . Customer satisfaction is the best reward of our work and so we look continuously to improve . Courtesy and attention to the customer are the strengths of our professionalism . We chose this apartment near to our house because we love this place and wish to offer our guests the opportunity to spend a relaxing and comfortable stay
Diano Marina is located in the center of the Gulf, between the hills and the sea, and offers the possibility of spending splendid holidays all year round thanks to a mild and sunny climate which is slightly breezy in summer. sport in the hinterland, between greenery and silence, on marked paths overlooking the sea. The sea is enjoyable 365 days a year also due to the great choice of different beaches, free or equipped, with fine sand, reefs or rocks where it is possible to go diving, windsurfing, sailing, surfing and kyting. Starting point for discovering the hinterland with its characteristic villages, which exhibit works of art and architecture and charming restaurants where you can taste the typical cuisine. Several farms welcome you and show you the production of oil, wine, fruit and vegetables and give you the opportunity to taste local products. In the nearby cities of Sanremo and Alassio you will enjoy strolling and doing a day of shopping as on the French Côte d'Azur easily accessible by car or train. relaxing holiday to enjoy every day.
