This dwelling was part of an old farm, built at the start of the XX century. The farm does not exist anymore, while the house has been completely renovated and split in small partially connected apartments. There is a broad internal garden adorned with flowers, clementine trees and plantantions of vegetables. Each apartament has its own independent entrance, either from the internal courtyard or from a pedestrian paved path. All apartments have a kitchen equipped with dishware, cookware, a stovetop, an oven, and a fridge; a washing machine and a shower box. Some of the furniture has been retrieved and restored from the old farm, while the rest is of type standard. We do provide bath towels and linens on arrival, whereas we try to accomodate further requests free of charge upon internal availability. Parking is free in the adjacent public street, a few cars can also be parked in the internal courtyard if available. Please note that a WiFi connection has not been installed [yet].

Maria, the host, lives nearby, in the building in front of the flat entrance, reachable through the internal courtyard. She will be available for suggestions or in case of need. Guests are encouraged to request additional items, e.g. water, hairdryer, etc., upon arrival or during their stay, typically handed over free of charge when available. Although Maria does not speak English [yet], someone else will be always available to communicate in English.

The flat is on the main road that goes through Locri, and it is precisely at the entrance of the town. Free parking spots are available on the public road. The flat is at close proximity of the seaside, reachable through pedestrian passages, within 5-10 minutes during the Summer season, and, during the whole year, within 15 mins from the entrance of the town promenade. The railway and bus stations, as the town centre, are about 20-30 minutes on foot. There is a supermarket behind the flat, while other services, bars and local shops, are about 15 mins away on foot. Though not necessary, the usage of a car is still recommended to enjoy and properly visit the region.
