The apartment is located on the second floor of a typical Genoese building and therefore without elevator. It is composed of an entrance hall, living room, bedroom, kitchen and a small bathroom with access from the kitchen without bidet .The house has a spectacular sea view over the Gulf of Paradise.

The apartment is located in the hamlet of San Rocco di Camogli, the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the Portofino Park. It's situated 250 meters above sea level and it's about 10 minutes away by car from the center of Camogli. Camogli can also be reached on foot in about 25 minutes (difference in altitude 250 meters) through a stairway that starts right in front of the house. San Rocco is a limited traffic area on weekends and holidays (no transit and parking for non-residents), while it is possible to park freely in the town from Monday to Friday in parkings with white lines. Parking is available outside the town (750 meters from the apartment), it's subject to charges on weekends (daily rate 10 euros), but it's free from Monday to Friday.
