Eden Apartments is a traditional family-run property set in central Siusi, a popular village for walking and skiing. It features self catering apartments with a balcony and a free sauna and infrared cabin. Apartments have a modern Alpine-style design and include a dining area with kitchenette and LCD satellite TV. They all comprise a sofa and a private bathroom with bathtub or shower. Free parking is provided on site. Books and maps can be found in the small library in the common lounge, while the terrace is furnished with sun loungers and parasols. Bolzano, which is 23 km away, is reachable via a bus stopping 200 metres from the property and leading also to Bressanone. The nearest ski lift is 600 metres away and will take you to the Alpe di Siusi slopes.

We would also like to welcome you here in our small family Residence. We are not an agency, but loves to care about the well-being of our guests and friends. Our small family business is ideally located in an ideal central location for hiking, excursions, skiing, cross-country skiing and much more. There is no need for a car, as the nearest area and the cities of Bolzano and Brixen are easily accessible free of charge by bus. You will receive the Mobilcard from us free of charge. Dogs are allowed on request and on a fee. We cannot accept cats or other domestic animals.
The well-being of our guests is close to our hearts, so we are personally on site every day and are happy to help you spend an unforgettable holiday with us and on the Seiseralm. We are happy to bring the bread rolls in the morning for your breakfast or book tickets for excursions. We are always happy to care of you.
Our Eden is located in a quiet little mountain village of Siusi/Castelrotto at the foot of the famous Seiseralm, in a central location with shopping, restaurants, events and in the heart of countless hiking trails and ski area Dolomiti Superski. You don't need a car, as all nearby towns and cities are easily accessible on foot or by bus. The cablecar to the Seiseralm, hiking paradise and in winter top ski center, is within walking distance. Leisure program is offered for everyone: from hiking to mountain biking, from swimming in the nearby Völser pond to climbing in the famous Dolomites, from skiing to snowboarding. from ice skating to country running, from visiting the castles nearby to the tipical music band concerts. Surely you won't get bored!
