A very spacious, comfortable apartment with every facility a traveller could wish for. It's located on a small street used mainly for pedestrians. The soundproofing is superb and at night, it's totally quiet inside. Great for sleeping. The kitchen is excellent and the apartment also has a washing machine. It's about 50m to a major market where you can get whatever fruit or vegetables you desire. Also, it's about 100-200m from a large supermarket. Finally, it's less than 100m from Via Maqueda, a major pedestrian thoroughfare. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Easy walking distance to most major attractions. For the price, this has got to be one of the best value for money apartments you could ever hope to find anywhere. The host is extremely responsive via WhatsApp.

Very Clean and decor high spec Great central location near bus and train station. Only a 5 minute walk away. Hosts kept in touch and offered places to visit and eat.

The location is perfect. You can visit with bus and train the most famous beaches around Palermo. The apartment is very comfortable, very clean and fully equipped as your home. The communication with the administration was perfect and very helpful for every small question of us.

This accommodation was absolutely excellent! Starting with Marco who is such a caring and considerate host and following through the perfect location, complete range of amenities one can need and the pleasant and clean atmosphere! The balcony was also something we appreciated because it lets you enjoy a nice glass of wine after a long day walking. :) Marco also surprised us with fruits, coffee and water so we can start our first day covered! I cannot recommend his place enough!

The place is really close to the central station, which decreases many logistical issues. The main pedestrian street (the scooters in Italy succeed to use it regularly though) is also literally next door. Consequently, all of Palermo's multilayer cultural heritage, as well as its blend of beautifulness and dirtiness, unfold very well from this location. A host Marco kindly met in the flat and later suggested a number of venues and restaurants to visit. Usually, I'm a bit skeptical about such pieces of advice for random tourists, but in this case, the offers were truly valuable.
