This is a typical 200 years old building right aside Basilica di San Nicola, The house has a terrace on the roof with a stunning view on the Basilica, on Cathedral S. Sabino. You can have a rest here with a superb seaview. It's extremely quiet and silent. All furnitures are made by myself with new/reused wood and this makes the rooms absolutely unique: only solid wood and water-based eco-friendly paints have been used to ensure your better comfort. The lights in the rooms will make you relax at the best. The bed is king size (170x200xH25) and sleeping on such a materass is an indeed relaxing experience, I promise! I also offer different pillows. The showers as well are king size and the water pressure will let you dream. I provide a breakfast with cornetto and cappuccino at the bar nearby, in front of Basilica Not included in the room price. A winding stairway leads you to the rooms and to the wonderful terrace, you need to be fit! Room Legno has a balcony, room Mare has a window with a partial sea-view, the terrace is stunning. We're organised for remote check-in: after booking and sending pictures of your ID/passport (required by law in Italy) you'll receive a code to get the keys from the safety box outisde the room door, 24h round the clock.

The old town (Bari vecchia) is in the hearth of the town and all relevant places are at walking distance from home. Cars are forbidden in the whole area and this makes it safer in particular for children. The old town is a must see for anyone arriving to Bari: narrow streets, small shops, hundreds of small churches and interesting sites, hanging clothes drying out, a mild temperature and, also very important, very gentle and friendly local people. It must be known that Bari, despite different rumors, is a very safe town; everybody, local and tourists, can feel safe at anytime; common sense rules must be used, as in every place in the world. Very important to know is that Bari a really amusing town also in the evening and not only during the weekends. All around the house it's full of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, pubs and any kind of service you'd love to find. You'll experience living like in a small village, but being in the very city hearth.
