Perla di Mare è situato al centro del Paese e offre la possibilità di trascorrere una tranquilla vacanza lontano dal caos della città: affacciandosi al balcone si ha una vista mozzafiato sullo splendido golfo naturale. E' un appartamento in stile moderno: dispone di una zona giorno con tv a schermo piatto, cucina completamente attrezzata con piano cottura, forno, frigorifero, lavastoviglie e macchinetta del caffè; è dotato di aria condizionata (a pagamento), 2 bagni finestrati, asciugacapelli e lavatrice.
Perla di Mare si trova a Castel di Tusa, ridente borgo marinaro in provincia di Messina, al centro del paese e a 150 m a piedi dalla spiaggia Lampare famosa per i suoi scogli, e dalla spiaggia Marina, entrambe più volte premiate dalla Bandiera Blu per la qualità delle acque per la balneazione (cristalline e trasparenti). Le spiagge sono libere, un mix tra sabbia e ciottoli, che accontentano tutti; ci sono anche lidi che offrono servizi come ombrelloni e lettini.
