Place was clean and comfortable. Two bathrooms are big plus. Everything in apartment, if it's not new, looked very new. It si close to historic part of the town (maybe 10 to 15 minutes light walk) and it is very close to parking, which was 20 eur per day. The apartment has everything necesaary for long and short stay. The check in process will not take 3 minutes as it is says at the begining and you have to have your ID document with you during the check in.
