Intimate loft with a relaxing environment, furnished in an elegant, refined and refined way, with a room with enveloping armchairs where you can sit and enjoy a cold drink, a bar counter where you can prepare a good coffee or sip a tea, a kitchenette complete with everything necessary for prepare hot meals, a bathroom with window overlooking the city and a comfortable double bed that will pamper your night's sleep. Not suitable for people with limited mobility due to the high number of steps. Reachable on foot along the historic Lazzaro Spallanzani Staircase, which connects it to the historic centre, this bright loft is in an optimal position to reach in just a few minutes on foot both the city centre, a crossroads for visiting the splendid pearls of the Gulf of Poets, PORTOVENERE and LERICI, is the La Spezia Centrale railway station, starting point for the famous 5 TERRE reachable in 8 minutes by train. Upon arrival, in case of heavy luggage, we recommend using a taxi which will take you from the station to the apartment in less than 5 minutes.

Just a few minutes walk from the train station from which you can reach the famous "5 Terre" in 8 minutes by train.
