Das Appartement liegt in einer schönen Ferienhausanlage, recht ruhig, und hat sich in meinem Fall für einen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt gut geeignet. Man kann sich selbst versorgen und ist zu Fuß in 5 - 10 min am Strand. Der September war ideal, es ist noch sehr angenehm sommerlich warm, und es ist nicht mehr voll. In der Region kann man viel Interessantes unternehmen und besichtigen.

Spend your vacation in an elegant Sicilian-style apartment: Summer Residence at Borgo Rio Favara. Located in the extreme (southern) tip of Sicily, in the heart of the Val di Noto, near the baroque towns of Noto, Modica, Scicli, Marzamemi and Ragusa Ibla (Unesco World Heritage Site) and a few kilometers from the nature reserves of Vendicari (Calamosche Beach) and the Oasis of Gelsomineto. Just 3 minutes walk, about 250 meters from the apartment you can enjoy the beautiful beaches of Santa Maria del Focallo: 8 km of beach equipped with a large sandy shore ideal for children where fine sand, gently sloping seabed and crystal clear water, have also for this year crowned the resort blue flag 2023 (important recognition that determines the cleanliness of the sea and the beach). It should be pointed out that the reservation includes only the use of the apartment, parking space, outdoor showers, and the Borgo's fields. For the avoidance of doubt, the use of the swimming pool is not included.
Elegant Sicilian-style apartment located on the ground floor, the location of the apartment enjoys privacy and tranquility as it overlooks one of the less bustling avenues. Consists of a living area with 1 sofa bed, kitchen with stove and microwave oven, corridor with storage room (equipped with washing machine), double bedroom with TV, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, air conditioning. The apartment is one of the most spacious in the entire hamlet and enjoys a veranda on the south side and garden with natural lawn on the north side. It has 1 private parking space with padlocked parking barrier (keys are provided). Units are properly sanitized before guests enter. Reservations are recommended for couples or couples with children as the apartment has 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed.
