Sebastiano met us to show us into the apartment when we arrived. He was super friendly and incredibly helpful - giving us some good some local knowledge on gondolas, water taxis and places to eat and drink. They really went above and beyond to welcome us and ensure we had a good stay in their apartment! The apartment itself is a very nice and it's in a nice secluded area, right by a canal. It's perfectly situated if you're capable of walking a bit, as you can easily get to most of the areas across Venice that you might want to visit during your stay, all under a 25/30 minute walk.

Cosy apartment, tucked away in a quiet street. Located in a quiet part of the city, but a short walk to some lovely local restaurants, cafes, and bars. A stone's throw from the San Stae vaporetto stop, so if you have the time, try getting the water bus from Marco Polo airport to Venice. It's a unique and romantic way to arrive at your accommodation! Apartment itself was newly renovated and very comfortable. Host was friendly, helpful and very accommodating

The appartement was very well equipped, lovely furnished and decorated, very clean and in a quiet area. We were welcomed very warmly. Tea and coffee for free was highly appreciated. Everything was reachable well within walking distance. We will choose this lovely appartement with nice host again!

Me and my partner stayed here for 3 nights in October, the location is fantastic, walking distance from all the attractions, 3 mins walking from the Vaporetti San Stae stop. Sebastiano checked us in and gave us some super helpful tips for the area, all worked out really well. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, looks newly done up and was super clean. The kitchen had all the necessary stuff to do some light cooking. The coffee machine stocked with pods and sugar, tea bags was a nice addition. Owners were responsive and ready to help with questions that we had. It's a 2 bedroom apartment but we used only one. Air-conditioner worked really well, they had additional stand fans as well. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
