Spacious and very comfortable appartment in Venice downtown. Perfect match for a family with 1-3 children. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room I and 3 bathrooms so also other combinations of guests possible. Location is perfect - walking distance to the major tourist attractions - while being on a tiny, very calm street. 2 stops of the public boat transport (Vaporetto) in 1-3 minutes walk. The apartment has a nice and well equipped kitchen - that’s very good because nowadays many restaurants in Venice are overpriced and not even average taste. It’s clean and well maintained, while at the same time has some elements that provide an old Venice atmosphere. The owner provides all relevant information and was available for questions on what’s app.

Loved loved Elena's gem of a holiday home! With all of the comforts and facilities, it exceeded our expectations. Our host was very accommodating, check in/out was smooth with plenty of instructions. Superbe maison, bien décorée, très propre, dotée de tout le nécessaire pour un agréable séjour, superbement bien située dans le Cannaregio qui permet de prendre le vaporetto ou le bateau Alilaguna juste à 3 mn à pied. 2 chambres spacieuses, avec chacune sa salle de douche. Notre hôte donne toutes les indications utiles via Whatsapp. Bref nous recommandons ce logement

Dit appartement ligt in het centrum van Venetië. Alles op het eiland is goed bereikbaar vanuit deze locatie. Het appartement ligt 1 minuut van de waterbus. Hiermee kun je alles bereiken. Het appartement is voorzien van alles wat je maar kunt wensen. De internet is goed. Er is een wasmachine en droger. De badkamers en bedden zijn heerlijk en voldoende groot. De Host is een zorgzame dame die je voorziet van alle informatie die je nodig hebt. Zowel vooraf als tijdens je verblijf blijft ze bereikbaar en zorgzaam. Een heerlijk onderkomen om je verblijf in Venetië aangenaam te maken. Het afval wordt gescheiden opgehaald en aangeboden in Venetie. De Host "Elena" legt middels filmpjes en appjes volledig uit hoe dit werkt. Alle beschrijvingen in deze appjes en filmpjes zorgen voor een aangenaam verblijf. Wij hebben genoten van dit verblijf.

יצאנו עם הילדים לחופשה ורצינו מקום קרוב לבית חב"ד במרחק הליכה. זה ממש קרוב. אלנה היתה מקסימה ואפילו הסכימה להשאיר מפתח מכני לשבת במקום האלקטרוני שבלי זה לא יכולנו להשאר שבת. .. הדירה של אלנה מאובזרת מאוד. אין משהו שהיינו צריכים והיה חסר.. גם אהבתי שהיא שלחה לפני את כל ההסברים מוסרטים לווצאפ ככה שגם כשהגענו לפנות בוקר הצלחנו להכנס בקלות ולהסתדר מצויין. תודה אלנה.
