Situated at the foot of the Passo Valparola pass, Camping Sass Dlacia offers studios with views of the mountains and a satellite flat-screen TV. In winter a cross-country ski area can be found a few steps away. Each studio comes with wooden furniture and carpeted floors. The bathroom has a shower. A wellness centre including a Finnish sauna, a bio-sauna and a Turkish bath is available at an extra rate. Please note that advance reservation is required. A restaurant and pizzeria serving Italian and local cuisine is also on site. Access to cross-country slopes is just opposite Camping Sass Dlacia, while the San Cassiano – Piz Sorega ski lifts are a 5-minute drive away. San Cassiano centre is 4 km from the camping.

Camping Sass Dlacia ‘Your basecamp in the Dolomites’ The campground, Camping Sass Dlacia, lies in the Dolomites at the doorway to the natural wonders of the Fanes-Sennes-Braies natural park. The campsite, a perfect starting point for countless walking, hiking and biking trails and is surrounded by fragrant pine woods and gentle alpine woods, also has apartments that offer the highest standards for comfort and great attention to detail. The climbing area Sass Dlacia is at a stone’s throw as well. In the winter months we are located directly on the cross country skiing trail and at a short distance from the Dolomiti Superski skiing area. Our Natura Wellness spa is the ideal retreat if you wish for a sauna to soothe body and soul after a day outdoors. Delicious and diverse culinary opportunities await you in our renowned restaurant-pizzeria or at the countless restaurants and alpine huts of the area. And if you want to spend your evening outdoors as well, we have several barbecue areas available. In our camp-ground you will also find a small but well supplied convenience store.
Services: In our camp-ground you will find: TV and reading room, bike room, bar-restaurant-pizzeria, barbecue areas, daily open convenience store, newspapers, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, playground, ski shuttle for free and a “Natura Wellness” spa that offers Turkish bath, bio-sauna, Finnish sauna and two relaxation areas, open also to the public.
In winter 1.500 meters from our Camping Sass Dlacia you will find the ski lift Armentarola, which connects you to the Dolomiti Superski area. Our ski shuttle is free and the public busses connect to our campground hourly. The Nordic skiing area, “Centro Fondo”, is in front of Camping Sass Dlacia. If you would like, you can visit the ski school there to book Nordic ski instructors and rent all the needed ski equipment. They also organize fantastic snowshoe excursions.
