Hello, my name is Marco and I will welcome you in this modern apartment in the residential area, Cannaregio. I will be happy to give you all the necessary informations to reach the apartment, supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby.

Property information

5 apartments in the same building. All the apartments are fully equipped with all the necessary to have a comfortable stay, such as air conditioning, washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi, linen, towels, hair dryer.

Neighbourhood information

The apartments are located on a turn-off of Lista di Spagna, the animated road full of shops, only 10 minutes away from Piazzale Roma and near the Santa Lucia railway station. The apartment is only a few metres away from the water bus stop, which allows you to reach the centre of Venice passing through the Grand Canal. This beautiful position will allow you to visit the most authentic corners of Venice, from the ancient Jewish ghetto, to the Cannaregio District, where you can discover traditional Venetian taverns and the beautiful Gothic church of Madonna dell’Orto. A few minutes away from the apartments, you can explore the market of Ponte delle Guglie, Palazzo Vendramin Calergi – the highest expression of Venetian Renaissance, which now houses a Casino – the prestigious Cà Pesaro gallery, and Cà d’Oro, the extraordinary building mirrored in the Grand Canal, which houses a museum showcasing works by Mantegna and Tiziano.
