Mi chiamo Sabina e ho avuto la fortuna di nascere e crescere a Bardolino. Sono proprietaria di questa casa dal 2009 l'ultima ristrutturazione è stata conclusa nel 2022. Amo ospitare e fare scoprire le bellezze del mio paese ad ospiti da tutto il mondo. Casa Sabina è la casa dove abito, ristrutturata e modificata con amore e sacrifici, per creare appartamenti indipendenti e autonomi, adatti ad ospitare. Una piccola realtà di solo 5 appartamenti di cui uno è destinato alla mia famiglia. Sono appartamenti moderni, ricchi di servizi e comfort dove si ritrova la cura nei dettagli negli arredi unici e accoglienti. La piscina della casa con acqua salata è a vostra disposizione con sdraio e ombrelloni e una splendida vista lago. C'è un parcheggio disponibile appena fuori dal cancello in residenza recintata. Casa Sabina si trova nella prima collina di Bardolino a circa 1 km dal centro storico con favolosi negozi, bar e ristoranti. Da qui partono diversi sentieri escursionistici tra le vigne e le colline da percorrere a piedi o in bicicletta. È possibile raggiungere a piedi il centro e il porto da dove poter prendere i traghetti e raggiungere gli altri affascinanti paesi del Lago di Garda. È possibile passeggiare in riva al lago tra le spiagge libere e i lidi attrezzati. Si può raggiungere Verona con l'autobus o Venezia in un'ora di treno da Peschiera del Garda, mezzora dalla città di Mantova, Brescia e dalle cime del Monte Baldo. Non mancano idee e spunti per una vacanza itinerante tra natura e cultura. Sono certa che verrete affascinati dal calore del posto e dai tramonti sul lago che potrete ammirare comodamente dai miei appartamenti.
Sono Sabina la proprietaria di Casa Sabina. Quando acquistai la mia casa nel 2009 non era bella, era una vecchia casa degli anni '60 e aveva davvero bisogno di una ristrutturazione completa. Però la posizione collinare e la sua potenzialità mi aveva conquistata. Così dopo anni di ristrutturazioni e modifiche ho pensato di poter condividere questo stupendo posto anche con chi raggiungeva a Bardolino per le proprie vacanze. Da prima nell'anno 2015 divisi la casa in due unità, una per la mia famiglia e una per i miei ospiti. Nell'anno 2016 mi entusiasmò così tanto ospitare che decisi di sopraelevare la casa e ricavare altri appartamenti . Ho sempre messo tanto amore e passione nel realizzare tutto, dall'arredamento, al confort, ai servizi, cercando di migliorare di anno in anno. Ora con mio marito Luca che mi da supporto, gestisco i miei 4 appartamenti per le vacanze, ospitando persone da tutto il mondo. Amiamo la natura e gli animali. Cerchiamo di essere più ecosostenibili possibile (sapendo i nostri limiti) abbiamo pannelli fotovoltaici, purificatore d'acqua, piscina a sale, raccolta differenziata, isolamento termico con cappotto, galline per l'umido e le uova biologiche. Abbiamo 4 cani ben custoditi, che non vengono a contatto con gli ospiti e dei gatti che invece sicuramente vi faranno visita, per questo consigliamo i nostri appartamenti ad amanti animali, i vostri animali da compagnia qui saranno i benvenuti alloggiando gratuitamente.
Bardolino è un punto strategico sul lago di Garda, molto comodo a tutte le vie di comunicazione principali. E' un paese turistico e adeguato a tutte le esigenze. Non mancano percorsi enogastronomici, pub, bar, musica, storia, arte, artigianato locale, sagre ,eventi, sport e prodotti tipici. Si può visitare sia il museo del vino che dell'olio, fare un escursione in barca, in canoa, visitare monumenti e monasteri che circondano il paese. A pochi chilometri dai parchi divertimento, rinomate terme, campi da golf, montagne ed escursioni. Questo paese vi farà innamorare con la sua ricchezza paesaggistica e i suoi tramonti dai mille colori.
