Splendid house on the beautiful sea of ​​Sant'Elia, in the municipality of Santa Flavia. The house is located right on the charming beach of Sant'Elia, and overlooks the beautiful Sicilian sea, from here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the rocky coast and the sandy beach where you can bathe in the blue waters, and relax to sunbathe . The house consists of an entrance onto a colorful kitchen, a living room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, two single bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and one with bathtub, all on one flat. The furnishings have the typical colors of the old fishermen's houses, for an atmosphere rich in history and culture. There is also a balcony overlooking the sea of ​​the beautiful cove and a fenced outside porch if you want to be outdoors, the windows of the rooms then overlook the local square of the place. In the immediate vicinity there are many bars, restaurants, where you can have breakfast tasting the excellent Sicilian coffee, have lunch and dinner enjoying the typical cuisine of the place listening to the sound of the sea waves. Within a couple of kilometers you can visit the extraordinary archaeological site of Solunto the ancient Greek-Roman city
Sant'Elia is a small fraction of the municipality of Santa Flavia, in the province of Palermo. The inhabited center largely located on a promontory that directly overlooks the sea was founded around the seventeenth century, originally born as a fishing village dependent on an ancient tonnara. The bay, a tourist attraction of great beauty, is located within the Gulf of Capo Zafferana, from which you can enjoy a spectacular view and a crystal clear sea with iridescent colors ranging from deep blue to emerald green. The main attraction of the resort is the cove, a game of nature that has marked its beauty as a true painting by an author: it is an inlet between the cliffs in the middle of the ancient village with a small sandy beach. From Sant'Elia you can also easily visit the towns of Santa Flavia, Aspra and Porticello.
