Hi, we are PMC, holiday home managers in the Gulf of Tigullio and beyond! We provide check-in service by our professional staff: he or she will contact you to arrange your arrival time, they will show you the house and hand over the keys. You can contact them or us directly for any information or requirement. We will be at your disposal during your stay. The bed linen and towels are provided by us and included in the price. Check out will usually be done before 10 am. POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask 10 euros per night for each additional person. 2) Check-in and Check-out outside the allowed hours is often granted, by prior agreement and paying an extra cost of 30 euro to the person who will take care of the check-in (18-21 hours, early check in before 3pm), for later times, if possible for us to organize, the figure could be higher. OPTIONS TO GET TO THE HOUSE By car, along the A12 motorway with the exit at Sestri Levante. From there proceed on the SS523 road following the signs for Casarza Ligure / Varese Ligure / Parma) for about 3 km and you will have arrived.

Independent house located in Casarza Ligure, 8 minutes by car from the center of Sestri Levante. Ideal accommodation as a starting point for visiting the Gulf of Tigullio with the nearby towns of Chiavari, Santa Margherita and Portofino and moving in the other direction Moneglia, Levanto up to the Cinque Terre, pearl of the Riviera di Ponente less than an hour of journey. There is air conditioning. The house is suitable for welcoming small children as it is equipped with a cot and changing table. The house is located on the ground floor, the entrance leads directly to a bright living area, where you will find a kitchen, sofa bed, television and dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, portable induction hob and small gas stove, microwave oven, toaster, moka coffee maker, blender. There are also pots, pans, dishes and everything that can be used to prepare and consume meals. In the master bedroom, in addition to a comfortable double bed, you will find a wardrobe where you can store your personal belongings. The house is suitable for welcoming small children who will have their own private room equipped with a cot with a side bar for safety and a changing table. The bathroom is large with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine that can be used during the stay. The house is equipped with air conditioning which also acts as heating for the winter months through the split of the hot air. Bed linen and towels are provided by us and are included in the price. A private parking is available about 50 meters from the house. Pets are not allowed. There is no Wi-Fi connection.

The house is located a few minutes walk from the center of Casarza Ligure in a convenient position for the main services: shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants. It is about 10 minutes by car from the center of Sestri Levante and from the sea. In addition to visiting Sestri Levante, with short journeys by car or train you can reach and visit the other famous towns of the Gulf of Tigullio, such as Chiavari, Zoagli, Santa Margherita Ligure and Portofino or following the opposite direction pearls such as Moneglia and Levanto until you reach Lerici, Portovenere and the Cinque Terre, reachable in less than an hour. Furthermore, Sestri is about 50 km from Genoa. Sestri is also a popular destination for sportsmen and nature and trekking lovers: in fact, on the heights there is a dense network of paths that can be traveled on foot or by mountain bike, which wind through the hills and allow you to reach panoramic points of exceptional beauty.
