Typical historical building located in the baroque center of Modica, the house have a furnished terrace with beautiful panoramic view of the Cathedral of San Giorgio! It is located 100m from Corso Umberto. Completely renovated in 2018 with particular attention to the selection of materials and style. Equipped with all modern comforts, the house consists of a kitchen and laundry room on the ground floor, bedroom, bathroom and living room on the first floor and ending with a fantastic terrace.

The house located in the historical centre of Modica. An excellent location to visit the UNESCO World Heritage baroque towns of Val di Noto: Scicli (10km), Ragusa Ibla (13km), Ispica (18km) and Noto (37km). At 23km there are the beaches of Marina di Modica and Sampieri and at 42km there is the airport of Comiso "Pio La Torre".
