A villa built in 2016 on a hill surrounded by olive groves and citrus groves with a beautiful panorama that ranges from the Tyrrhenian Sea with its beautiful Aeolian islands, the bay of Milazzo, Tindari with the cathedral and her black Madonna, Etna (sometimes erupting) and the many typical villages perched on the mountains. A dip in the typical Sicilian countryside! Located in Rodì, it has a private garden, an outdoor swimming pool and sea views. It has 2 bedrooms and two cribs for children, 1 bathroom with a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge - freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a toaster, a coffee maker and an electric kettle. Air-conditioning and free WiFi, a flat-screen TV. It has a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The holiday home offers a sun terrace. From the house you can easily reach shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants and weekly markets. It is 48 km from Messina, while Milazzo is 20 km from the property. Reachable from the airports of Catania, Palermo and Reggio Calabria.

Located at the very tip of Italy, towards the west, it forms an arm of the sea called the Strait of Messina, wide, in the northern part, no more than three kilometers; in this channel there are the famous promontories of Cariddi and Scilla: Caridd near the port of Messina, Scilla on the peninsula. One of the pearls of southern Italy, to be discovered, known and experienced through various alternative routes that range, depending on the tastes and needs, between nature, history and tradition. The island has many resources: the climate, the sun, the sea, an exceptional architectural heritage, a cuisine with unique flavors that goes well with the exceptional hospitality of the Sicilians.
