In the center of the now famous Torre Mozza Tower, a favorite destination for summer tourism, just 5 meters from the sandy beach, Casa Diem offers its guests a breathtaking view of the ancient tower and the stunning expanse of sand that allows for an incredible sea view. Set on two levels along the promenade, recently renovated, it has 6 beds. Casa Diem is composed as follows: on the ground floor, there is a comfortable covered outdoor veranda where you can have lunch or dinner while enjoying the sea. From here, you access the living area with air-conditioned living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining table, comfortable and spacious kitchen, bathroom, and washing machine. Via an internal staircase, you can access the first floor where you enter the sleeping area with 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk bed with the possibility of becoming double), a bathroom, and a comfortable balcony with sea view. Via an internal staircase, you can access the exclusive solar relaxation area to enjoy an unforgettable view of the entire beach of Torre Mozza while sipping a drink at sunset. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
